In my opinion, I prefer working with people who ARE helpful,friendly,and respectful in the future.
First of all,THEY SHOULD BE helpful because working with people who are trying to help you makes you feel MUCH better.also, helpful CO-OPERATIVE WORKERS gives you a new skill which IS NEW for you. Secondly, friendly co-OPERATIVE workers because they have a good mood, a perfect thinking or mind, but if you work with bad mood you will HATE yourself every day AND YOU WON'T deal with them. In the future maybe you will become friend. Thirdly, respectful co-OPERATIVE workers this is an important for me because this makes a red line for people who did not respect ME. Finally, working with helpful, respectful,responsible,friendly people makes you feel more comfortable and have a nice mood IN your life. I am a person who likes a good co-workers
